●Main purpose: Suitable for heat treatment of wear-resistant steel bars of rod mill, suitable for diameter ø50-ø140, length 2.2m-6m, hourly output 1.5 tons-3.0 tons.
●Power supply system: 350KW-1000KW/0.5-2.5KHz.
●Conveyor roller: The roller axis forms a certain angle with the workpiece axis. The workpiece rotates while feeding at a constant speed to make the heating more uniform. The roller between the furnace body is made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and water-cooled. The rollers in other parts are made of 45 steel and surface quenched.
●Roller grouping: The feeding group, sensor group and discharging group are independently controlled, which is conducive to continuous heating without gaps between workpieces.
●Automatic temperature control: Infrared thermometers are used for quenching and tempering, and they form an automatic control system with the PLC system for precise temperature control.
●Industrial computer system: Real-time display of the current working parameters, workpiece parameter memory, storage, printing, fault display, alarm and other functions.
