●Conveyor roller: The roller between the furnace body is made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and water-cooled.
● Feeding system: Each axis is driven by an independent motor reducer and controlled by an independent frequency converter, featuring a flexible design with speed difference output and segmented control of running speed.
●Formula management function: A powerful formula management system, after inputting the steel type, outer diameter, and wall thickness parameters to be produced, automatically calls the relevant parameters, and no longer needs to manually record, check, and input the parameter values required for various workpieces.
● Multi-channel automatic control function: Given the precarious power supply systems in underdeveloped areas and countries, a high-level multi-channel closed-loop system, such as temperature and voltage, is designed.
