1. Main use: Suitable for quenching and tempering heat treatment of steel pipes, oil casing, drill collars, single pillars, and hydraulic pillars.
2. Power supply composition: The whole system is composed of four power supplies. Overall quenching 500KW/1000HZ, quenching head special temperature supplement: 120KW/1000HZ Overall tempering 200KW/500HZ, tempering head special temperature supplement: 80KW/500HZ
3. Applicable scope: 60.3*4.83*9.9; 73.02*5.51*9.9; 88.9*6.45*9.9; 114-139.7; 188.28-219.08;
4. Conveying roller: The roller axis forms a certain angle with the workpiece axis. The workpiece rotates while moving forward at a constant speed, making the heating more uniform. The roller between the furnace body is made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and is water-cooled.
5. Feeding system: Each axis is driven by an independent motor reducer and controlled by an independent frequency converter; the speed difference output is flexibly designed, and the running speed is controlled in sections.
6. Pier head temperature compensation system: In view of the different diameter of the pier head from the middle part of the casing, a special pier head temperature compensation system is designed. The temperature compensation induction furnace detects the pier head accurately online to ensure that the temperature difference between the pier head and the middle part is controlled within ±10℃.
7. Recipe management function: A powerful recipe management system automatically calls the relevant parameters after inputting the steel type, outer diameter, and wall thickness parameters to be produced, without manually recording, checking, and inputting the parameter values required for various workpieces.
8. Automatic control function: Due to the volatile power supply system in underdeveloped areas and countries, a high-level, multi-channel, closed-loop system is designed to control temperature, voltage, and other parameters. When the power supply voltage fluctuates up to ±5%, the high consistency of product technology can still be guaranteed.
