● Main purpose: Mainly used for high-strength fine-rolled threaded steel bars. Through quenching and tempering heat treatment, the various properties of fine-rolled threaded steel bars meet the requirements of PSB930 and PSB1200 in the national standard GB/T20065-
2006.
● Power supply system: Quenching power supply: 160-1000KW/1-8KHz; tempering power supply: 100-600KW/1-8KHz, hourly output 0.5-3.5 tons, applicable range ø20-ø50.
● Conveying roller: The roller axis forms a certain angle with the workpiece axis, while moving forward at a constant speed to make the heating more uniform. The roller between the furnace body is made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and is water-cooled.
● Roller grouping: The feeding group, sensor group, and discharging group are independently controlled, which is conducive to continuous heating without gaps between workpieces.
● Automatic temperature control: Infrared thermometers are used for quenching and tempering, and they form an automatic control system with the PLC system to accurately control the temperature.
● Industrial computer system: Real-time display of the current working parameter status, workpiece parameter memory, storage, printing, fault display, alarm, and other functions.
