●Main use: Suitable for quenching, quenching and tempering heat treatment of inner and outer walls of large-diameter steel pipes and oil casing.
●Power supply system: quenching 750KW-3500KW/0.5-4KHz, tempering 400KW-1600KW/0.5-2.5KHz, hourly output 2.5-10 tons.
●Scope of application: ø320-ø1000.
●Conveying roller transmission: The rotation speed is greater than the roller speed, which improves the linearity of the steel pipe.
●Feeding system: Each axis is driven by an independent motor reducer and controlled by an independent frequency converter; flexible design of speed difference output, segmented control of operating speed.
●Formula management function: A powerful formula management system, after entering the steel type, outer diameter, and wall thickness parameters to be produced, automatically calls the relevant parameters, and no longer needs to manually record, check, and enter the parameter values required for various workpieces.
●Multi-channel closed-loop function: Because of the extremely unstable power supply system in underdeveloped areas and countries, high-level temperature, voltage, and other automatic control systems are designed. When the power supply voltage fluctuates up to ±20%, the product process can still be highly consistent
