Main Application: it is Suitable for quenching and tempering heat treatment of steel bars, low-carbon alloy steel, wind power bolts, anchor bolts, lead screws and hydraulic cylinder rods.
Power supply system: Quenching 160KW-3000KW/0.5-4KHz, tempering 100KW-3000KW/0.5-2.5KHz, hourly output 0.5-5 tons, applicable range ø20-ø100

Conveyor roller: The roller axis forms a certain angle with the working axis. The workpiece rotates while being fed at a constant speed, making the heating more uniform. The roller between the furnace bodies is made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and is water-cooled. The rollers in other parts are made of 45# steel and surface quenched.
Roller grouping: The feeding group, sensor group and discharging group are controlled independently, which is conducive to continuous heating without gaps between workpieces.
Temperature closed-loop control: Both quenching and tempering use infrared thermometers and PLC systems to form a closed-loop control system for precise temperature control.
Industrial computer system: Real-time display of the current working parameters, workpiece parameter memory, storage, printing, fault display, alarm and other functions.
