    Continuous casting machine production process. Continuously pour high-temperature molten steel into one or a group of water-cooled copper crystallizers. The molten steel gradually solidifies along the periphery of the mold to form a billet shell. When the liquid steel level rises to a certain height and the billet shell solidifies to a certain thickness, the drawing and leveling machine pulls the billet out, and sprays water in the secondary cooling zone to completely solidify the cast billet. The cutting device cuts the billet to length according to the steel rolling requirements. This process of pouring high-temperature molten steel directly into billets is called continuous casting.

     

    Structure and composition

    The continuous casting machine consists of molten steel carrying device (ladle), tundish, crystallizer and its vibration device, nip roll and cooling water system in the secondary cooling zone, pulling straightener, cutting device, and dummy device, Cooling bed and other components.
