Application
The high-frequency melting furnace is mainly used for the melting and heating treatment of precious metal materials such as gold, silver, copper, tin, aluminum, iron, stainless steel, platinum, etc. The melting range is from 1KG to 750KG. It mainly uses the crucible container to instantaneously heat up the precious metal to carry out smelting, purification and forging processes. The medium-high frequency melting has a good electromagnetic stirring effect, which is conducive to the uniform temperature and structure of the molten metal, and is conducive to removing slag and reducing impurities.
Mini melting furnace is composed of three parts: intermediate frequency power supply, furnace body and water cooling system.
The furnace body is composed of furnace shell, induction coil, furnace lining, tilting hydraulic system or a reduction box, etc.
Frequency range, high frequency 30-80KHZ, medium frequency 1-10KHZ, the induction coil and compensation capacitor can be designed comprehensively considering melting volume, electromagnetic stirring effect, heating efficiency, working environment and other factors to determine the output frequency.
