Aluminum Shell Melting Furnace

The aluminum shell furnace is composed of reduction gears, bracket and induction coil,etc. Simple operation, easy maintenance, convenient observation.
Mainly used for smelting cast iron, stainless steel, alloy steel, non-ferrous metals, including heavy metals (such as copper, lead) and precious metals (such as gold,silver),etc.The equipment is used in metallurgical industry, casting industry, non – metal smelting and other industries.
This set of equipment can realize fully automatic remote control, including PLC programmable controller, HMI man-machine interface or industrial control computer system, industrial control configuration software and various sensors. It can realize automatic operation,such as automatic constant temperature, automatic oven and anti-wearing furnace alarm, which is safer and moreconvenient to use.
The power cabinet body is designed with a fully enclosed structure, and the cabinet is made of 3mm steel plate. The protection class is IP54.
The main power cabinet adopts a split modular design, which facilitates the installation and transportation of equipment.
All the originals used in the whole system are from well-known brands with reliable quality, and they must be rigorously tested and screened after the factory.
