Working process of ingot casting machine:

The casting machine is a fixed equipment. The molten metal in the smelting furnace flows into the distributor through the outlet trough. The distributor rotates with the chain to evenly inject the molten metal into the mold installed in the horizontal chain casting machine.

1. The trough is set to guide the molten metal flowing out of the smelting furnace to the casting machine. In order to make the molten metal flow smoothly in the trough, the trough is made with some slope.

2. The distributor is installed on the frame of the ingot casting machine to make the molten metal flow evenly to the ingot mold. The distributor is a circular metal structure. It is mounted on the casting machine through the shaft hole in the center and rotates under the drive of the chain and sprocket. Due to the fixed pitch of the chain, the molten metal flows into the mold continuously, evenly and smoothly.

3. The ingot casting machine is a horizontal chain plate transport type, and its composition can be roughly divided into several parts such as casting, cooling, and demolding.

4. The casting mold is installed on the attachment of the conveyor chain. It is actually a container that receives the molten metal and cools and solidifies it. It is dedicated to casting ingot.
