The whole process of smelting on-site operation of steel shell smelting furnace: from raw materials to molten steel

This video shows the smelting process of a steel shell melting furnace, from raw materials to the final production of molten steel. The video shows the operator putting raw materials (such as iron ore, scrap steel, etc.) into the furnace and extracting high-quality molten steel through a high-temperature melting process. Through real-life shooting, the audience can see the violent reaction in the furnace during the smelting process, the flow of molten steel, and the operating skills under high-temperature environments.
